MAP UPDATING 2017

In the implementation of census and survey, field officers need village / kelurahan map to know the location of Census Block (BS) which become its working area. To know precisely the boundary boundary of the BS that becomes its working area, the officer requires a BS map. The boundary limit of the BS must be determined by the officer in order to avoid the error of coverage which may result in a split or double count.

Complete mapping of statistical work areas is carried out prior to the census of the yautu population on population census mapping activities. These activities resulted in village maps, Census Block maps, and digital maps of villages / kelurahan and digital maps of BS. Furthermore, this activity is routinely carried out the updating of statistical work areas due to changes in the area of government administration.

Along with the changes in the area are also updated sketches of village maps and sketches of BS maps. Improvements were made not only to village / administrative sub-districts but also to village boundaries that did not match the satellite image after overlay. Besides that, there is also a correct check or confirmation of village boundary when compared with digital map of Rupa Bumi Indonesia (RBI)

The implementation of this activity takes place in September 2017.
