Regional Coordination Meeting for FKP Regsosek and ST2023 Preparation

On Friday (14/4/2022) a Regional Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of FKP Regsosek and ST2023 was held at the Cendana Hall, Floor II, Deli Serdang Regent's Office. The meeting was chaired by the Representative of the Regent of Deli Serdang, Assistant II for Economics and Development, H Khoirum Rijal ST MAP. Previously, BPS Deli Serdang Regency had carried out Preliminary Research and Research Data Collection as an effort to provide a database of the entire population consisting of profiles, social, economic conditions and level of welfare linked to population master data and other databases down to the village/kelurahan level. In order to minimize confusion from the results of the data collection, the participation of the hamlet head/community figure who knows the condition of the family in the environment is required. In the FKP, cross-validation will be carried out between the results of classifying family welfare based on the PMT model, and community knowledge, which will then be decided by prioritizing consensus deliberation. FKP officers consist of one facilitator (village/lurah head), two assistant facilitators and one administrator in each village/kelurahan. FKP will be held on 2 – 21 May 2023 and finalization of data in June 2023. In addition, BPS Deli Serdang Regency will also carry out an Agricultural Census Activity (ST2023) in June-July 2023 which includes registration and complete enumeration of Agricultural Business Units. Therefore, Assistant II asked the sub-district heads to help and provide support for facilities/infrastructure at the sub-district and village/kelurahan levels in organizing the FKP Regsosek.
