VILLAGE POTENTIAL DATA TO REALIZE NAWA CITA

Village development has become a priority in national development. Efforts to develop Indonesia from the periphery aim to improve the welfare and quality of life of the people and the quality of life of the village community. One of the efforts made by the government is to encourage the development of village infrastructure.

Village development is of course based on policies that must be on target. Good policies can be obtained if the supporting data is also accurate and reliable. Data needed include spatial or territorial data that emphasizes the potential data of a region to the smallest unit of area (small area statistics). The urgency of village potential data needs updated every year, BPS needs to update Podes data.

The 2019 Podes update in Deli Serdang Regency was carried out in all government administrative areas at the village and kelurahan level. The source of Update Information for the 2019 Podes consists of village / kelurahan heads and village / kelurahan officials and other relevant and relevant resource persons.

The 2019 Podes Update Data Collection is conducted through direct interview with the authorized village / kelurahan / resource personnels using the android application. Officers also geotagged infrastructure in villages / kelurahan. The results of the 2019 Podes Update data collection aim to provide a general overview and potential of regions / regions in accordance with reality in the field.
