BPS DELI SERDANG ACHIEVES TWO AWARDS OF THE 2018 BEST BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION

On January 23, 2019, the Deli Serdang Regency BPS attended the Treasury Service Day event organized by the KPPN Tebing Tinggi. In the event, the High Cliff KPPN conducted an evaluation of the implementation of the budget and gave awards to the best performing work units or satker during the period of 2018.

Awards given include several indicators, such as Inventory Management, Submission of Contract Data, SPM Error Rate proposed, Number of SP2D returns, Accuracy of page III DIPA, Amount of revised DIPA conducted, Accuracy of bill settlement, Implementation of Treasurer LPJ record, Cash planning Deviation, Budget realization, minus ceiling, and SPM dispensation.

In evaluating the 2018 budget, the Deli Serdang District BPS received two awards at once, namely:

1. As the best Working Unit V Evaluation of 2018 Budget Implementation Performance Indicators

2. As the 2018 Most Cooperative Category III Best Work Unit Officer on behalf of Magdalena Manalu (BPS Treasurer of Deli Serdang Regency)

The best Satker was handed over directly by the Head of Tebing Tinggi KPPN, Edy Purwanto, to the head of BPS at Deli Serdang Regency, Tuti Hidayati and treasurer, Magdalena Manalu. In his direction, Edy appealed that the evaluations carried out could be followed up by each satker internally and to those given awards to continue to improve performance.

The award received is also one of the results of the process of building an integrity zone towards a Corruption-Free Area / Clean Service Bureaucracy Region (WBK / WBBM) that is being carried out by the BPS District of Deli Serdang.
