On January 10, 2019, at Thong’s Inn Hotel, the Deli Serdang District BPS held a PINTAR Partners training (Professional, Integrity, Reliable, Reliable and Responsive). The PINTAR Partner Program is an innovation in the field of Human Resources, especially for partners who will become statistical agents in the community by disseminating BPS products and participating in disseminating awareness of the importance of census activities or surveys in BPS. Coaching is carried out with the aim of preparing partners who can have core values of BPS, PIA (Professional, Integrity, Trust), so that the socialization carried out will be in line with BPS's vision and mission.
Guidance carried out included the introduction of the SMART Partner program. The introduction of the program is given so that partners can understand the background and objectives of the program. Coaching related to work methods and products from BPS that are used both for policies at the national level by the government and other stakeholders. Partners are expected to be able to find out more about BPS so that their sense of belonging and maintaining the spirit of BPS becomes stronger.
PINTAR partners are also equipped with soft skills knowledge, such as ethics and good communication. This is given because later partners will go directly to the field and interact directly with the community through interviews so that good ethics and polite and polite communication are needed. In addition, partners were also reminded not to carry out moral hazard that could harm BPS agencies and their own partners, of course.
During the training program, activities were interspersed with Kahoot's games and online quizzes. This is done to train cooperation and accuracy in decision making as well as to dilute the atmosphere. This guidance is expected to continue to increase the quality of human resources under the BPS agency in general and PINTAR Partners in particular.
